Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Sai ki Family mobile app handles information.

Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address, profile image, member or account ID, and profile details such as city, state, country, and address when supplied.
- Community content: experiences, comments, photos, videos, audio posts, messages, group activity, event details, RSVPs, business listings, and information you choose to share with other users.
- Ask Sai content: questions, conversations, voice input, transcripts, generated answers, and information needed to provide text and voice replies. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in questions or public posts.
- Location: approximate location details and, when you grant permission and use a location feature, device location for nearby content or to fill a post, event, or listing location. You can change location permission in device settings.
- Device and usage information: app and device identifiers, push notification tokens, app interactions, technical logs, and diagnostic data needed to operate, improve, and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts; provide profiles, posts, chats, events, listings, notifications, and nearby features; answer Ask Sai requests; personalize features you use; measure app usage; investigate abuse; fix problems; and comply with applicable law.
Visibility and sharing
Content you publish to a public feed, event, group, or business listing can be visible to other users and may be shared outside the app. Private messages are visible to conversation participants and may be processed for delivery, safety, support, and legal compliance. Do not publish another person's personal information without permission.
We use service providers to run the app, including cloud hosting and storage, product analytics (Mixpanel), AI and speech processing (Azure/OpenAI services), voice generation (ElevenLabs), and video hosting where applicable (YouTube/Google). We share information with those providers only as needed for the relevant feature. Their processing may take place outside your country. We do not state that Ask Sai conversations are private from these processing providers.
Our current mobile app does not display third-party advertising. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.
Permissions
Microphone access is used when you choose a voice feature. Photo or media access is used when you select content to upload. Location access is requested for location features. Notification permission is used for push alerts and reminders. Denying an optional permission may limit the related feature. Device settings let you change permissions later.
Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls and other reasonable security measures. No internet service is completely secure. We keep account and content data while needed to run the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Some public content, copies held by other users, third-party video hosting, and backups may take additional time to remove.
Your choices
You can review certain profile details and remove eligible content in the app. You can change device permissions or notification settings. Contact vikasahuja1971@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. See User Privacy for available controls.
Updates
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the updated date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
