Need help with your account, Ask Sai, events, posts, groups, business listings, or notifications?
Contact vikasahuja1971@gmail.com. Include your app version, phone model, and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password, OTP, or sensitive Ask Sai conversation.
Sign in
For an Indian mobile number, choose Mobile Login, enter your number, request an OTP, and enter the code received. Other supported countries may use the sign-in method shown in the app. You can also use email and password if your email has been verified and a password has been set up. If a code does not arrive, check the number and country code, network connection, and SMS availability, then try again.
Voice and Ask Sai
Allow microphone access in your device settings, check your network connection, and try again. If text appears but audio does not play, check your device volume and audio route. Ask Sai may occasionally return an incorrect or unavailable answer; please do not rely on it for urgent decisions.
Posts, events, and groups
Make sure you are signed in and connected to the internet. For missing media or upload problems, retry on a stable connection. Group access depends on the group's public, private, or invitation settings.
Location and notifications
Enable the relevant permission in device settings if you want nearby results or push alerts. Location-based results may be limited when access is off.
